Adding House Rule No. 95B, relating to requiring a job note for all proposed legislation.

Resolved by the House of Delegates:

That House Rule No. 95B be added to read as follows:

Jobs Note Required For All Proposed Legislation

95B. Beginning with the Legislature for the year one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, each proposed legislation shall have a "jobs note" attached. The "jobs note" shall be completed by the West Virginia Development Office and shall have three possible answers which are:

(1) This legislation will increase private jobs______
(2) This legislation will decrease private jobs______
(3) This legislation will neither increase nor decrease private jobs______.
